Our faculty and staff are dedicated, Christian professionals who seek to help young people see every aspect of life through God’s eyes. All of our qualified teachers are certified through the Ohio State Department of Education; additionally, many of them also have certificates issued by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and several have or are working toward their master’s and doctoral degrees.
Leadership at East Richland Christian Schools consists of an Administrator, an Elementary Principal (PS-3), a Middle School and High School Principal (4-12), three head teachers (one in each instructional building), and a board of education. Because of their dedicated spirits and leadership credentials, this group is an integral part of the success and growth here at East Richland Christian Schools.
Helping to support the day-to-day operations and infrastructure of the school are several other important people and departments. This support staff is comprised of hard-working, compassionate professionals, many of whom are degreed in their disciplines; together with administration and faculty, the staff works diligently to ensure that East Richland Christian Schools remains a leader in Christian education.
